Terms of use
These terms follow the in-game terms for Mallorca: The Game, updated October 2026 (version 1.1). Using the game means you accept them. Reading this website does not create a paid contract.
What the game is
The game is entertainment. It is an idle business game. It does not promise real income, and it is not investment advice. The towns, prices, and fame are fictional, even when a place on Mallorca shares the name.
Licence
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for yourself on compatible devices. You do not receive the artwork, the code, or the right to run your own public version of the service.
Purchases
In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google. The price is shown in the store before you confirm. After a reinstall, use Restore purchases. Withdrawal rights follow the store’s rules and the law that applies to you. The publisher does not receive your card details and cannot move a purchase onto a different store account.
Advertising
The game may show rewarded ads and interruptive ads. An optional purchase can reduce interruptive ads. The shop describes that purchase. Rewarded videos may remain available. Ads follow the consent you give in the app.
Saves
A local save can be lost if you change device, uninstall, or reset, when the cloud guest account is not there to restore it. A new install creates a new guest. This version has no Apple or Google login that would carry the guest profile across devices. Store purchases stay tied to the store account. Use Restore purchases for those.
Availability and liability
The publisher aims for stable updates and does not owe uninterrupted availability of the game, the league, or this website. Liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for injury caused by intent or negligence where the law forbids that exclusion.
Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live remain in force. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the publisher’s seat.
